OSA Refund Policy

 Omaha Sports Academy understands that sometimes it is not possible to uphold your commitment to a class or program, and we want to work with each customer to guarantee satisfaction.   As a general rule, all refund requests will be sent to the OSA general manager, and requests will be processed within 2 – 4 weeks.   All refunds, except those stated below, will be in the form of account credit at the Omaha Sports Academy, unless extreme circumstances occur, in which case the general manager will review on an individual basis.   In the event that a credit card or check refund is granted, there will be a $25 processing fee.

Select Team Fees

-A deposit is required to hold your spot on a team.  The deposit is non- refundable, unless extreme circumstances occur, in which case the general manager will consider each on an individual basis.

-Refund requests for payments made above the deposit will be reviewed by the general manager on an individual basis.  All refunds, except those stated below, will be in the form of account credit at the Omaha Sports Academy, unless extreme circumstances occur, in which case the general manager will review on an individual basis. Typically cash refunds cannot be guaranteed until the spot has been filled by another player.
