Individual Registration Information
- Download, print and mail-in a registration form or register online
- Once registration is closed we will place children into teams and notify everyone.
- If you are interested in being a volunteer head or assistant coach please note that in the comments section of the online registration or mark the appropreiate box on the printed form.
Team Registration Information
- Please download, print and mail-in the team registration form.
- Ensure to mark the correct grade and division you want your team to play in for the fall.

We encourage you to nominate players that have gone above and beyond in the areas of hustle and sportsmanship. To nominate a player download a submission form. Please either fax to 402.504.1222 or email to bob.franzese@omahasportsacademy.com.
