Summer Select 4th-8th

General Information

4^th – 8^th Grade Boys Teams

- We will offer two teams per grade level. Our A team will be referred to as our black team and our B team will be referred to as our white team.

- Black teams will participate in six tournaments. Two tournaments will take place during the spring, and four tournaments will take place during the summer. This will give each team approximately 25 – 30 games.

- White teams will participate in four tournaments, and the OSA summer Predator League. Two tournaments will take place during the spring, and two tournaments will take place during the summer.

- We will offer one team per grade level.

- Teams will participate in four tournaments and the OSA summer Predator League. Two tournaments will take place during the spring, and two tournaments will take place during the summer.

^{Practice and Academy Schedule}

Academy Description: Basketball Academy at the OSA is the number one way to improve your skill sessions. During the spring, you will have your choice of Strictly Shooting or General Skills Academy. Summertime academy for summer teams will consist of high intensity skill development. Our staff of elite coaches and trainers will push players and develop maximum skill level. Look for major development in the areas of shooting, ball handling, passing/receiving, defensive footwork and decision making. There will be nothing low key about this – it's peddle to the medal with the OSA Professional staff, high school varsity level coaches, and elite teachers!!!

Team Practices Description: As noted, team practices are mandatory. In addition to these practices, coaches will call for additional team practices as we get closer to tournament play. Team practices will consist of fundamental work and team concepts.
